The complete plant was packed and shipped in 5 containers, keeping logistics costs manageable for an international delivery. Our experienced installation team was deployed to the customer's site in West Africa, where they managed assembly, alignment, and commissioning in approximately 18 days. Trial runs were conducted and all key performance targets — including mix consistency and production throughput — were achieved to the customer's satisfaction.

The plant achieved its rated 120 TPH output from day one of commercial operation and has since been running continuous shifts for the customer's ongoing highway project, with zero unplanned downtime in the first three months of operation.

Challenges & how we addressed them

The project involved shipping a large industrial plant across international borders, with complex customs clearance in the destination country. Our team coordinated closely with the customer's local logistics partner to pre-arrange all documentation, ensuring smooth port clearance.
